1960 Studebaker Lark Regal Additional Info:
1960 Studebaker lark 6 wagon, does not have 3rd. seat option.V8 automatic with twin traction option, nice driver condition, runs well no leaks from engine or transmission, no power steering or power brakes. Very nice cleanoriginal interior no rips or tears, original Lark script rubber cargo matbeautiful dash and steering wheelgood glass with no cracks or fogging, everything works(even the radio)with the exception of the speedometer which works sometimes but not always. Excellent tiresOverall this car gives a good uniform appearance. It is in the condition of how a well maintained 1960 Studebaker might have been in say 1965 or so. I had it repainted 15 years ago and it has held up well, no big scratches or dents, paint is uniform overall. Prior to being painted it had never been painted before andthere was some rust above the back up lights and a little in the typical place between the front fenders and both frontdoors, not rotted out but some perforation, it was treated prior to being painted and has not broken thru again in all these years. Floors are solid,Overall a very nice driver quality car that can be used and enjoyed as is. It's not a flawless show winner (and not priced as a show winner)but nice clean and tidy car that if you can live with some minorflaws is a delightful seldom seen car, that is fun to drive and unique. I have too many things to keep up with and not enough time and that is my only reason for selling. I am seriously selling and it is listed with a very reasonable reserve. I would not plan on hopping in it and driving cross country but I see no reason it couldn't go a few hundred miles without trouble. I address this because people seem tosee driving a long distance after purchase as a benchmark for buying a car but frankly I alway's wonder why would you chance it?I can store it for up to 30 days after full payment is received if you need time to arrange transport. I would like to see this car hopefullygo to a good, appreciative home.$250.00 non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction, balance due within 5 business days of end of auction
