1989 Mercedes-Benz: 300-Series Base Sedan 4-Door NICE! NR!!

1989 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Base Sedan 4-Door Additional Info:

Just bought this car, but in a pinch, and need to sell. Great, classic benz with nice body and interior per pictures. Seller thought it needed a master cylinder, which I had replaced, along with a repair of one of the rear brake lines. Brakes still need work, as pedal went down after driving for about 15 minutes, which is what the previous owner also described.
Auction starts at half the price of current eBay auctions for engine and front-end alone. I think this car is FAR from a parts car, minor repairs and it car be driven anywhere.

The previous owner provided the follwing info:

200,000 miles, Third Owner
3.0L Inline six-cylinder gas engine
Automatic transmission
4 wheel ABS disk brakes
The pros:
New battery, new fuel pump, new fuel pump to tank line. New rear brake caliper (new brake pads, 2 new window tracks and regulators recently installed, new power antenna, new grill, new headlight bezels (parking light lenses), new electric fan, no rust, straight body minus small door dings, strong running car all original car minus stereo (replaced with aftermarket unit by previous owner.)
The Cons:
Brake issue, car needs some brake work During a recent test drive the brakes failed. Will need attention before driving.
Seat issue, driver's side power seat will no longer adjust, probably an issue with the seat switch. Front seats show expected wear for a car of this age.
Power sunroof track is broken.

The speedometer has started to work only occasionally. Sometimes it is fine others is does not register speed.
Clear coat has pealed from the roof top and trunk lid. Hood and sides are in good shape.
