1985 Mercedes-Benz: 300-Series Base Wagon 4-Door

1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Additional Info:

This car has a diesel engine with around 300,000 miles, though the odometer is stuck on 292,000. The oil pan has a leak, and it leaks brake fluid, but from where I don't know. It starts easily and drives nice. It lacks a bit of power going up hills, and it shifts a little rough. It's an automatic, with power windows and locks, comfortable leather seats that are still in good shape. However the back panel of the driver's seat is off and laying on the back seats.

These could all be simple fixes for someone mechanically inclined. I am not that someone. Furthermore, I live in the middle of nowhere, and the only mechanics within 100 miles of me are sketchy at best. It's an attractive vehicle, as you can see from the photos, but it needs a little love and attention to be truly special, which I believe it can be.
