JaguarMark 2 Mark ii Mk 2 Mk ii. Matching numbers for chassis, engine, transmission. Complete. Engine turns freely, transmissionappears to have just been rebuilt. Largely rust-free, after straightforward weld-in of included rust-free replacement parts from donor car, for one driver's floor, rocker panel, and small area in trunk. All major body parts (doors, trunk (boot) lid, hood (bonnet), fender skirts, fuel tank door, spare well cover plate), excellent, not rusted or dented. Chrome 72-spoke wire wheels (5) in good condition, none dented or out of true. All glass present and good. Headlights, tail lights, other lamps good. Excellent chromed door window frame pieces.Bumpers very good. Desirable, rare reclining-type front seats, with near-perfect large chrome escutcheons. All metal seat parts included. The minor surficial rust, where present, is not penetrative. Minor body work remains to be done on fronts of front fenders (never substantial collision). Undercarriage not rusted or damaged (see 6th photo). Rolls and steers, could be dollied or towed. SU carbs, manifolds, distrib, all other ancillaries included.This very early Mark 2 (chassis serial number: 210 292BW) is the 292nd made in a long production run of tens of thousands of this model (1959-1967; began in August 1959). Please contact for further information or additional photos, will respond promptly. I am not aware of anything missing except keys, grille badge, and "leaping cat" on hood (this car appears to have been delivered to France, where those were not legal), will verify presence of particular parts upon request. Bill of sale only. Inspection encouraged. Prefer local pickup, but would cooperate fully with shipping. Flexible on time of buyer's taking possession, subject to modest monthly storage fee.
