1973 Ford F-100 CustomAmazing 100% Original Condition TruckOnly 2 Owners/ West Coast Truck!

Up for sale is our "Farm Find" 1973 Ford F-100 Custom long bed pickup truck. Why are we calling it a "Farm Find" truck? Primarily because the truck has spent it's entire life in the small farming community of Corvallis, Oregon. NO road salt is ever used in Oregon, and thus the reason for the nearly pristine original condition of the sheet metal on this truck. Only 2 owners in it's lifetime. The truck has been in continuous light use, clocking only 102K miles in the last 47 years! Amazingly, the truck still wears it's original sequoia brown metallic and white paint. Paint overall is very nice original paint, however the paint on top of cab has mostly evaporated, and faded off. Also... paint on the TOP portion of tailgate is checking, due to having a camper-shell door resting on it for 47 years. The tailgate metal itself is nearly flawless, with no dents or dings! Since the truck had the camper shell on it most of it's life, the paint in the bed, is in excellent condition, as are the bed-rails... which don't have a single ding in them! This is an original, unrestored truck, that has been exquisitely taken care of over the years. Please view the photos closely, to see just how nice the truck really is. The truck has the 360 cubic inch V-8 engine, which runs very smoothly. The transmission is an automatic, with column shift. Interior is 100% original, including the seats, dash, radio ( radio not currently working), etc. The molded carboard headliner and fabric is missing, and needs to be replaced. There are many Ford restoration companies that make a reproduction headliner for around $150... and are easy to install. Tires are brand new. The body on the truck is laser straight.. and I do mean laser straight. There is only one tiny ding on the ENTIRE truck. located on the drivers side tail of the bed, just above the bumper, that is about the size of a quarter.... photo is posted of that area. Grille and bumpers are near flawless. Chrome on front bumper looks nearly new. It's very hard to find a truck of this age, with bumpers totally straight like these. Interior is the original, with some splits, as detailed in photos.... still very useable and presentable. The truck runs, shifts, and drives very well. Carburetor was recently rebuilt, with new distributor cap, rotor, points, spark plugs, and wires . Recent coolant flush and fill, and hose.
Most everything still works on the truck, such as blinkers, headlights ( both low and high beams), windshield wipers, and even the windshield washer still sprays strong! Blower motor blows strong, and heat does as well. The only things not working is the radio, and fuel gauge. All other gauges DO work, such as oil pressure, alt gauge, temperature gauge. Oil pressure is GREAT, as well.
Overall, this truck is an extremely nice original, unrestored truck.... that looks beautiful standing in the driveway, or rolling down the road. Will make a great daily driver, or outstanding candidate for show quality restoration. Please see the numerous photos listed above and below, detailing just about ever area of interest on the truck. I think the photos will speak far more volumes, than any amount of text can do. Please message me via eBay if you have any questions, or would like me to send you photos of areas not shown in this listing. Thanks!
