1962 Cadillac Series 62 Additional Info:

1962 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible for sale. Identical car to the one used in the movie “My Cousin Vinny” Maroon color, white interior and white top. When I rescued the car in 2018 it had a seized engine and no top. Most of the restorative work noted below was done between 2018 and 2022 and it runs / starts very well:

· Top, rear window and motor

· New gaskets around most of the windows.

· Rebuilt engine

· Replaced heads

· Rebuilt transmission

· Radiator

· Gas tank

· Power steering pump

· Wiper motor

· Alternator

· Battery

· Shocks

· Springs

· Tires including a new spare and jack

The major work still to do is the body. Its straight and has all the trim but has major surface rust. The interior front seat could be recovered and I am selling new carpets with the car.

I am out of funds and the ability to complete this project and hope it goes to someone who sees its potential like I do. This could be a classic beauty or a rat rod without doing the body.
