1969 Javelin 290 V8 3-Spd Manual

1969 AMC Javelin Additional Info:

Older Restoration, Runs & drives very well. This is a good 20-footer with great potential and is driven daily. Power brakes but no power steering. It is currently licensed and inspected. Car is bright green with black stripes but I believe the car was originally blue. Good running 290 V8, with Holley 4bbl carb. 3-Speed manual, shifts good and clutch is good. New Electric fuel pump. Brakes rebuilt, with new booster & shoes. Fresh oil change & filter, new battery, new belts and hoses. New HD radio, speakers and sub. No leaks.
This is a Texas car, with minimal rust. Tires in good condition, chrome wheels showing some rust. Trunk and floor pans good. Rear seats and carpet good.
Needs: This is NOT a museum quality show car. Headliner is loose, dash is cracked (but has carpet cover in place), fuel gauge is not working, front seats worn/tears, interior plastic sail panel cracked, has some rust bubbles in quarters - see pictures, some exterior trim pieces missing.
I encourage all potential buyers to come inspect and drive the car before purchasing. Attempted to accurately describe strengths and weaknesses of this car, but note - it is a 47 Year old car and has not been fully restored. Plenty of squeaks & rattles as would be expected but overall a good driver for cruise nights. I do have the shop manual and will include in the sale price.Please note there is NO warranty at all.
