Professionally rebuilt from the ground up, in 2006, by Earl and Rick Mann at Mann's Bug Shop. 26,000 miles since the restoration was completed. Car was fitted with a NEW crate engine from VW of Mexico. Engine has hydraulic lifters and uses a spin-on oil filter. Four-wheel disc brakes, AIR CONDITIONING, Triple-coat pearl white paint job. New floor pans. New tires (installed in 2011). Blue canvas convertible top. Electric fuel pump, Stereo CD player. Oil temperature and volt gauges. I have personally driven this bug on several 2,000 mile road trips with no issues. You will not find a Volkswagen classic beetle in better mechanical condition.
