This is a SOLID TRUCK. I have bought and sold these trucks for over 20 years. Three of my kids each had a VW diesel truck for to & from college. 45 plus MPG and space for light items. Perfect. Kids have moved on and my wife says she will know true happiness if we can reduce to 1 VW truck in the yard. This truck was my final addition a few years back. (kids never drove this one) It is by far the best original condition truck I have ever seen. All original paint - no dents - no bondo - no rust. Rockers, floorboards and shock towers...perfect. Dash has no cracks. All gauges work - even the clock. I have driven less than 1,000 miles since purchase. 1981, 1.6 liter diesel, odometer 120K, NO A/C. Overdrive transmission with 5 speeds. This truck needs nothing. New tires. New brakes. Engine rebuilt all the way to the crankshaft. This is a 35 year-old truck. Sold as is where is. Truck has not been cleaned and detailed. I have over 300 transactions on Ebay and 100% satisfaction. I have sold 2 VW trucks over $5,000.
