1979 VW Super Beetle convertible with a fuel injected engine and 4 speed transmission.
The 1979 model year was the last year for the convertible Beetle which makes this car an instant classic. This particular one was one of the last ones built, as it is a December 79 build.
Vehicle is super clean in out and on the underside. There is no rust, no rot, the car appears unmolested. Top is in great condition and original apparent with the VW glass and 1980 PARKING LOT STICKER STILL ATTACHED. This is a very low mileage cream of the crop classic Beetle. The body is original on this car and is in great shape. Glass and trim are in terrific shape as well. The tan interior and top look perfect with the red color – a very sharp combination. I pulled the carpet to snap pictures of the floor sheet metal and took a ton of pictures of the underside as well. it is a low mileage garage kept classic.
This car runs, drives and looks amazing and is ready for the road.
