1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle 1303 Great shape inside and out!

1974 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Super Beetle Additional Info:

Well, I've decided to sell my 1974 Super Beetle.

Its in excellent shape for its age. Unlike many of these you come across this one is in good safe driving shape.

The previous owner spent a good deal of $$ getting the body cleaned up and painted.

From there I bought it and have done the following.

Replaced front drum brakes with disc brakes.

Adjusted and refilled steering box

Replaced both shifter bushings, the gear shifter works great, no slop.

Replaced the steering wheel bearing and bushing. no wobble.

Installed a super beetle lowering kit with adjustable struts, and all new steering bushings. NO WOBBLE!

New mag rims and firestone tires.

Rebuilt the carburetor.

Installed 009 Distributor and electronic ignition upgrade. NO POINTS!

Replaced and repaired the E-brake system.

Installed coil over rear shocks.

Replaced all fuel lines with German braded 5mm line.

New reclining sport back seats.

Pioneer mp3 usb/cd player with rear speaker setup

Added a lighted 12v outlet for charging phones or what ever.

Adjusted the valves and replaced the values cover gaskets

Changed oil and screen 175 miles ago.

Replaced the front wipers

Replaced the wiper motor.

Replaced heater control cable (HEAT WORKS!)

Replaced the speedo cable (speedo/odo work)

The list goes on, but you get the point.

Asa master VW tech for 25 years, I think its safe to say that this beauty will get you back to where ever you drive her from to pick her up!
