1950 Studebaker Coupe This model G879419 not the typical car found in my collection. However, it is so pure and honest, it deserves to be seen and driven. A California car when new, it benefits from having no rust in the body or underside. I believe the low mileage shown is accurate, as the underside has never been painted or undercoated to mask any rust or abuse. A fantastic restoration was done on the body by removing the fenders and parts to do a proper repaint in the original gray color The interior all was removed and replaced with the proper material originally sourced for the little coupe. Mechanically, the six cylinder 170 cu inch engine was removed, totally rebuilt and looks new. Of course the engine bay was stripped and painted at the same time. All chrome appears excellent, including the iconic bullet nose that caused a sensation in the day. Also note the huge sun visor over the windshield. This car features the original owners manual, an automatic hill holder- instructions in the manual- and a working Philco AM radio and electric clock. Only 2082 of this model were produced in 1950. The restoration even included a simple detail- a spare tire protector in the trunk!!

Payment Methods

Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing's end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 7 days If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
WE CAN ASSIST IN WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
