1976 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400 (2U87Z6N599811) Numbers Matching, Clean title, Daily Driver, Just passed smog with no problems, Runs Good, Excellent Conditions, 3 speed Automatic transmission, V8, 6.6 liter, Pontiac 400 engine. I bought it off a guy that was in the service he was getting deployed, I've had it for 11 years. Its a California car. Have receipts from previous owner parts that he had bought, also he did fix a couple of rust spots on each of the lower doors. Also he installed a new rear sway bar along with the dual gate console shifter. Always kept in garage. Comes with newer torque thrust wheels, kumho tires still in good shape, 5" tach, Passenger and driver racing seats with 3 point harness (still have the original seats in great shape which I will include) and pioneer cd player, Dual Hurst Shifter. Comes with the following new parts which i just ordered. Comes with new chrome valve covers, air cleaner, differential cover, new oil pan and alternator. Just installed new tranny pan with drain bolt. Also comes with amp and 12 inch subs. Interior is great shape! Very little work need to be done to interior! New carpet and headliner. Decals on the car are in good shape considering the year. The car looks and runs great, other than the minor cosmetic stuff. Keep in mind its a 40 year old car with original parts, I've changed fluids on a regular basis, also plugs and tranny fluid. I kept it maintained! Car is a head turner, You dont see a lot of these kinds of cars anymore, at least not where I live. Here is your chance to own a classic muscle car for an affordable price. The Good:New valve cover, air cleaner, and oil pan with gasket, alternator (still in box) and differential cover, New 3 point racing seats;New headliner;New battery, New carpet, newer rims, Good Kumho tires, pionner cd player, Always garaged, 5" tach, dual gate hurst shifter, paint and decals in good shape, Nice metallic silver paint with black trim, Recently changed oil, spark plugs and transmission fluid (new transmission pan with drain bolt)
The Bad:Little rust spots, chipped bubbling paint nothing serious, oil pan gasket leaking, Power steering hose needs to be replaced, Valve covers have oil build up, Very small crack on lower passenger side on window, doors need to be aligned
