If you're looking for a 5th generation (1988-1996) Grand Prix, you won't find one this well-preserved. It has the original manual with all the goodies still inside along with the documentation of maintenance since new! The original window sticker is laminated! I also have an Autocheck from the 2nd owner that goes from 1996 when he bought it to November of 2015! In addition, the 2nd owner added a factory original CD stereo with equalizer, along with the earliest factory correct navigation system I've ever seen! The 80's/90's style of this Grand Prix is so cool with the door handles in the pillar, opposing windshield wipers, a combination lock glove box and cool dashboard gadgetry that you'll feel like you're in a time warp. In addition, the interior is spotless and EVERYTHING works! The Grand Prix runs like brand new with no issues whatsoever in the way she starts, stops, shifts and tacks down the road. You'll be shocked at how solid the car drives and handles. It has the 3.1 V-6, which runs like a watch. The body is in nice shape with no rust, but some minor dings in spots. The car was also garaged for its entire lifetime and it shows. However, the typical clear coat, paint flaking is obvious on the hood and roof of the car, which was a GM flaw. I also took some pictures of the undercarriage just to show how nice it is for a 26-year old car. At a starting bid of only $1,900, I challenge anyone to find a more stylish and reliable car with an assiduously documented history from the day she was born. Wow, I'm actually out of things to write about this car and I hope you like my glowing report of this beauty. I'm certain that the 1st person who likes this style of Grand Prix will buy it after a test drive, so give me a call at313-805-3671or Pederat 313-729-3671. Feel free to have the car inspected and please take a look at all the documentation that goes with this car. It would make a great classic driver or an easy restoration for a cool collectible. Also, please check out my feedback profile of happy customers who have purchased cars from me and bid with confidence. I also sell on eBay under "smileylink," and have over 2,400 all positive comments in my profile, so you should feel comfortable with your purchase. Please keep in mind that this is a no reserve auction and your bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase the vehicle. If you make a bid, I'll assume that you've already kicked the tires, asked the significant other and have funds available. Also, ask any and all questions before making a bid, as I want to make sure you know everything you need to before making your decision.Feel free to have the car inspected or come by to take it for a test drive. Please do NOT bid if you plan on making your decision after the auction, as it does cost money and time, which should be respected as an eBay community member. I do reserve the right to end the auction early, as the car is for sale locally. The buyer will be responsible for having the car shipped, but I'll be happy to pick you up at Detroit Metropolitan Airport if you want to fly in and drive her home. A nonrefundable $500 deposit will be due via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction end and full payment in the form ofclearedcertified check, Paypal or cash in person by 3 days with no exceptions. Lastly, don't worry about us sticking you with extra processing fees, paperwork costs and other bloated additions to the cost of the Grand Prix. If you live in Michigan, we can transfer the title, plate and registration and can even give you a temporary plate to take her home... all you pay is what the State of Michigan requires, but not a penny more from us. If you're from out of state, we'll sign over the title and you can transfer everything over in your state. If you're from out of the country, contact me before you bid, as the only item I've shipped overseas was a Studebaker motor and that was a hassle! Thank you! |
