1972 Plymouth Scamp I purchased from Oregon about 5 years ago.Previous owner had a built 340 engine, but that had issues and is gone . Solid body that was painted in the mid 90's. Vinyl top is new. I'd rate the paint and body a 7 out of 10. Straight body panels with minor imperfections (stone chips,scratches,dings,paint cracks,etc).Show's great for its age. Glass excellent with 2 small chips in windshield. Chrome is original and in good to excellent condition.The interior is a 9 out of 10 with new Lengendary seat covers and carpet. The headliner at the c post has some minor issues. (Paint rubbed off,one picture shows). Mechanically again 9 out of 10. Fresh professionally rebuilt 318 V8 with totally rebuilt 904 trans. Combo has about 200 miles since done. Balanced driveshaft with new joints connected to an 8 3/4 rear with 3:91 suregrip. Manual steering and brakes.Front suspension and brakes are good. A little play in manual gear box. Very reliable turnkey collector car to take to shows or just cruise with. Also good candidate to drop a stroker engine in and have some fun.
