PRICE LOWERED $3500 Take a look around and see what $12500 buys you on a classic car, yet a Mopar and a lime green mopar... This 1972 Plymouth Scamp I purchased from a man in Ohio. The 318 was professionally rebuilt 318 and 904 trans, with about 400 miles on the pair. I have receipts for both and can share what was done if interested. Balanced driveshaft with new joints connected to an 8 3/4 sure grip with 3:91 gears. Has great low end torque with this setup. Runs strong and sounds good through the performance dual exhaust. Has manual steering and disc brakes with 15" wheels. Suspension, brakes, and exhaust are in very good condition. Gear box does have a little play, not bad though. Older paint on exceptionally straight body panels. Not show quality by any means but very presentable. I tried to take plenty of pictures to show the actual condition. Under carriage is solid, no rot or issues that typically develop in these cars. Glass is good with a couple of chips in windshield. Vinyl top is new. Original chrome in good to excellent condition. The interior has new Legendary seat covers and carpet. The headliner at the right c post has a little paint peeling. (One picture shows). Very respectable collector car to take to shows or just cruise in, without having a ton of money invested. Any questions, please text me 267 446 0572.Would like to hear from all interested parties on specific method of payment and shipping via phone calls before I accept any offers. Enough said, thanks for your co operation.
You wont find a cleaner Mopar for the money, you can take it to any local show and get alot of compliments. I am only selling to buy a Cutlass Convertible, I have had 3 of them in the past and really miss driving a convertible. So, with that said I would trade for a Cutlass Convertible from 1972 to 1972.
The scamp looks to have all its original body panels, very solid, painted 20 years ago I was told and floors and trunk are rock solid. The interior is mint, no cracks on dash, seats new and so on. Few chips in windshield and 2 small dings in the hood, car is super solid and straight.
