This is a completely original 1960 Chevy Impala 2 Door Hardtop with the original 283CID/170HP V8 with Powerglide Transmission and Power Steering. It is a two owner California car wearing its currently registered and original Black CA plates which will stay with the car for California buyers only. The second Los Angeles owner parked this car in his covered driveway fourty years ago and the car has not been started for twenty years. The engine turns freely. We have made no attempt start the car nor will we.
The paint is 100% original with no Bondo or previous repair. It has very minimal rust here and there. The floors and trunk floor are super solid with surface oxidation. The interior is also all original. With the V8, Power Steering, Automatic Trans and CA Black Plates; this beauty checks off all the boxes for a worthy and complete restoration.
