Well a few weeks ago I discovered a BARN FIND 1957 Chevrolet Nomad.The car came from Michigan.I am going to offer it for sale at no reserve, because nobody I have talked to willput a price on it that is close to the next guy. Many have talked aboutrestoring it back to concours #1 original "as delivered" new & many havesaid it would be a world class "resto-mod" ...
... myself, i am an originality, survivor sort.
I have wanted one of these my whole life, however I am in the deepthrows of a big block corvette restoration that is taking all my resources and time.
... so without further "adieu", i have decided to sell my newly acquired Nomad.It has not seen the light of day in 3+ decades and it is ready to be cared foralong one of the two paths described above.
... this car has great bones and is fairly complete save for a few radiator and coolantsystem parts.
I REPEAT, THE BONES OF THIS CAR ARE GREAT ... !
Realistically however, it does contain rust. The floors are fairly bad and will need to be replaced.Come inspect if you like before you buy (zip code 64505) ...However, if you purchase at this auction, without prior inspection, please understand thatthis car does not run, drive or have brakes and will need to be transported home.
