1971 Mini Cooper Additional Info:
1971 Rover Mini – fully restored in 2020. Complete glass off body work & paint. Rebuilt engine, brand new transmission including casing. All new brakes including front brakes upgraded for 7.4” discs with new super light 12” rims & tiers. Modified dash to house a 7” touch screen stereo which can be easily removed if preferred. Alongside an amplified sub-woofer in trunk. Engine is 998cc, 2WD/FWD, manual transmission, clean title.Interior- not too much has been done. The 2 front seats upgraded to cobra seats, floor carpets removed, all wiring replaced from rear to front, carpets washed & reinstalled. Upgraded door handles, latches & window handles to billet aluminum kit. Still have original seat in Los Angeles. If interested i could arrange shipping.
Exterior- all new fog lights, headlights & stone guards. New wiring & LEDbulbs. New distributor, wires & spark plugs. Along side a Cooper Scarburetor. Engine combed over with full service including new gaskets, rings& adjustments. Transmission was shot, tried a rebuild but found out casingwas cracked, ended up fully replacing it along with a new master cylinder &clutch. New radiator & fan clutch. Only thing I haven’t gottenaround to is the suspension. Drove it for 1500 miles since restoring it &haven’t had any issues. Original km/h on dash is 93,835.
