Very rare 1971 Mini Innocenti 1001 Classic Mini in great condition. From 1961 to 1976 Innocenti built under licence theBMC(later theBritish Leyland Motor Corporation / BLMC)Mini, with 848, 998cc and 1,275cc engines. This one has the desired 1275 cc engine. The color is dark metalic blue. The Innocenti Minis were built to a higher standard than the UK-built Minis, with features that were more upscale
The car is mechanically sound. It starts, runs and drives well.It runs a 1275 cc inline-four mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.Engine sounds good and transmission shifts well. The clutch feels great. All fluids are up to date. The paint is great for its age. Solid body and floors. Few paint cracks on the bottom of the doors. No visible rust. The interior is in great shape. The dash is great. The alloy wheels are very nice and tires are good . The suspension and brakes are good. The lights work. All instrumentation is in good working order.Clean title. Odometer shows 15K kilometers.
