Mercury Cougar.same senior owner last 11 yrs. 351 Cleveland, c-6 trans, ford 9 inch. this is a numbers matching car and i have everything to put it back to stock. only mods are 4 bbl edelbrock performer intake, summit street strip 600 cfm dual feed, double pump, vac secondary's with electric choke. 3:50 LSD posi. new dual exhaust with stainless magnaflow mufflers dumped at axle. (can add tail pipes if u prefer) newer hi flow ALUMINUM water pump, fuel pump, cloyes timing chain 3 way adjustable crank gear, set at stock tdc. new battery, new tires and wheels less than 2000 miles. new front KYB gas charged shocks, newer radiator and lower hose, stabilizer bushings, rear axle bearing and seals, front rotors and pads, with new hardware on calipers. ONLY 3 COUGARS WERE MADE IDENTICAL TO THIS ONE. see marti report. have folder full of receipt's. car runs great and is solid, floors trunk and all rails are rust free, NO HOLES.. car is driven. only issue is minor oil leak at rear of intake manifold.. and guy that did differential didn't set pinion correctly, has clunk sometimes going in reverse $500.00 deposit due at auction end .NON REFUNDABLE! car still wares its factory original battery cables, alternator, voltage regulator, date coded wiper motor, some factory paint marks, and letters on trans, rear yoke, valve body. was some on rear axle. car has all the factory original number tags on distributor, carb, engine, rear axle tag in glove box. and more. 11 years no major issues I've owened it. only changed timing gear n chain because of age. and it was the neoprene cam gear on the car.
