Up for auction is a 1970 mercury cyclone GT. A rare c-code 429 cobra jet 4 speed car that has a 351 Cleveland in it. This muscle car sounds and runs strong with having a Weiand tunnel ram intake with two 4 barrel Holley carbs, closed chamber four barrelheads with stainless valves, with a three angle valve job,screw in studs with roller rockers. This classic has a solid Crane cam, Crane lifters and springs, .030 over forged dished pistons that gives it about 9:5 to 1 compression. 89octane pump gas does not make it ping or overheat.Runs awesome. It has a Lakewood scatter shield (bellhousing), Top loader 4 speed with Hurst shifter, new Centerforce clutch,3 inch exhaust with h-pipe and a new Traction-loc with 4:11 gears. Front drivers seat is worn, the dash board is perfect, the carpet is nice, the back seat and headlineris great. This cyclone was ordered with all drum brakes and no power steering. This car has some rust issues but looks great and I take it to car shows frequently.
