“For sale is my beautiful Mercedes-Benz 560SL, the final year of the iconic R-107 body style and equipped with the legendary 5.6L V8. Finished in stunning Signal Red over Palomino interior, this car is in excellent condition and has been completely gone through during my ownership. Since purchasing it in April 2018, it has been garaged in a climate-controlled mancave and meticulously brought up to excellent condition. Major service includes a full Mercedes-Benz tune-up, double timing chain and valve guides replaced, and all fluids drained, flushed, and refilled. The braking system has been renewed, bushings are tight, and it runs smooth with strong power. The A/C system has been fully updated with a new compressor, condenser, and drier, converted to R-134a and properly charged. It also has a new battery (7 months old), new 16-inch wheels with Michelin tires (about 4,000 miles), fresh alignment, and a brand-new lower front spoiler installed three months ago. Cosmetically, the car presents beautifully with a repaint completed 14 months ago, no rust, new seats, new carpet throughout, and a new soft top installed four years ago that remains in excellent condition. The hard top is also in great shape. With 209,184 miles, it remains tight and solid with nothing loose—clearly a well-cared-for example.
