“1988 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL Hardtop Convertible – a true classic from the golden era of Mercedes roadsters. With its powerful V8 engine, timeless design, and solid build, the 560SL represents everything Mercedes got right in the mid-80s. This example has 134,925 miles, but don’t let that fool you—it’s been garage-kept and well maintained, having only been driven 12,760 miles in the last 25 years. I purchased it from the original owner in August 2000 and have kept it in great shape since. It comes with both tops: a new manually operated soft top and the original factory hardtop. The factory Pearl Black paint still shines, and the tan leather interior is in very good condition. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and classic cockpit featuring climate control A/C, power windows, and an upgraded Alpine AM/FM/CD sound system. A couple of notes: the electric antenna doesn’t currently rise, and the car is a bit slow to crank when cold—but once it’s warmed up, it runs well. I'm 70 years old and retired, and while I’ve loved owning this beautiful car, it's time for it to find a new home with someone who’ll drive and enjoy it.”
