1978 Jeep Cherokee Cherokee Chief WT Additional Info:

Survivor 1978 Cherokee Chief wide track, Rebuilt top end 3,000 mi. ago, Rebuilt transmission 1,500 mi. ago. This truck was put away in a heated garage in Oregon 32 years ago when the transmission started slipping. 2nd owner, purchased and brought to Northern California, rebuilt top end, replaced all fluids, hoses, filters etc...., Powder coated wheels black and installed new tires BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A.I purchased 2 years ago and had transmission and carb rebuilt, replaced fuel pump, changed all fluids, amongst other goodies. Also have some gaskets and other stuff to go with vehicle. Chrome is awesome, few surface spots but really nothing.Jeep runs well and sounds awesome. Interior is 9/1, bow in roof liner, 2" crack on side of driver seat, and the factory installed a/c is inoperable.Rear window is electric and operates as it should. I have 1st owners all origional receipts including, sale, all books and literature, dealer service records etc.... Class 3 hitch installed by dealer as well. Factory tint glass.This is a head turner, killer color combo, origional stickers etc.... This is the color on the Jeep sales broshures from '78.Whenever I drive the Chief, I get honks, thumbs up, stopped everywhere. I wanted one since my first memory of the Chief in 1977 or 1978, hunted for a year b4 stumbling upon this one.I no longer have the deserved garage spot for the Chief and must let the Chief go to its next owner.Certified bank funds or cash upon purchase.I will cooperate with shipping company to help get your vehicle to your home.I am advertising locally and reserve the rite to end auction at anytime.I can take any additional pics or video you want.I have a video clip with exhaust tone but don't know how to post it.
