1963 International Harvester 1200C Additional Info:
This truck was made to haul, whether it is for work or play. International trucks were built to last and this rare truck is a testament to that.
The has a new aluminum 4 barrel manifold with Holley 4 barrel carb with an electric choke, new 1972 D1210 8 lug front axle, rebuilt Scout II T19 4 speed transmission with syncro 1st were all added by the a previous owner. It looks like the bed is not original to the truck considering that the original paint colors don't match.
I upgraded the braking system with a new brake booster, master cylinder and new brake lines. I also added master and slave clutch cylinders. I changed the oil when I first purchased the truck.
Oil leak in the engine. It looks like a leak from the oil pan drain plug. The rear differential has a leak. The brake pedal is also a little soft.
There is surface rust in the bed area. On the passenger side front fender where there was body work done (surface rust). Some rust in the passenger side cowl and under the dash.
There has been body work in the front passenger fender, the front driver side floor panel. The entire truck was painted black by a previous owner.
This is such a cool truck to drive. There are some minor issues with the truck, but it is a overall solid and very rare truck.
