1984 GMC Sierra 1500 Additional Info:
Similar to the iconic C 10, this 1984 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 has spent its whole life in the desert. Originally painted Light Blue Irid, the story goes that the truck was owned by a famous Bounty Hunter in Las Vegas. As his truck became more recognizable, he had it painted white because he did not want to get rid of it. The fire wall and interior of the truck still have the Light Blue color as seen in the photos and the floor looks brand new.
This original unmolested truck has the original 350 along with the following that was done in the last three months:
New CarbNew Gas Tank, Sending Unit, Fuel Filter and Fuel LinesNew DistributorAll fluids have been flushed and changedNew Ignition Module and CoilTires
As these trucks become rare, a nice and clean desert truck you cannot go wrong with. No leaks, some surface rust and just in time for a paint job. Total interior parts new will be $1k max and ANY $$ that you spend on this truck you will get back and then some. I currently drive this truck and anywhere that I go, everyone stops and asks if it is for sale. I know how hard it is to find a clean donor vehicle for your next restoration project so let this one be yours! This truck has many rare factory options, AC, Power Windows, Power Locks, take a look at the engine card to see everything that was ordered from the factory.
This truck will not disappoint, get in it and drive it anywhere!
Here are a few things that are either not working or have gone with the age of the vehicle:
One gas tank was replaced and the second removed, the speed gauge and fuel gauge are not working, there is a rip in the driver's side seat, the AC is not hooked up, the radio is not hooked up and the paint is peeling in some parts. There is a small ding towards the back of the truck by the tail light but that appears to be the only damage on the truck as the lines are very straight. The window has a crack in in as well as the dashpad.
This vehicle is for sale locally and we reserve the right to terminate the auction and sell to the highest bidder. The $500 deposit payment is due immediately and the balance due within 24 hours. If shipping, I would arrange through U-Ship as that is where you would typically find the best deals. If purchased locally, I can also help with getting the truck to your location but the truck is ready to go and can be driven anywhere. I am not in a rush to sell and if the truck does not sell on the first round, I am going to start the restoration project and will re-list once the interior and body work will be done at a higher price as the truck will be ready and primed for paint. There will be no selling or shipping international unless arranged prior.
