History- Bought in Sacramento California in 1972. The gentleman worked in the iron industry on the west coast until taking a job in Iowa. Once in Iowa the gentleman passed away and it was kept in a barn. Was purchased and drove to Texas and back to Indiana and kept in a barn. I picked it and am looking for someone who wants a solid 72 to restore and profit from. Could not let it sit and not be appreciated. The engine has been upgraded to a 390. Upgraded headers. New Battery. New fuel pump. Interior seats have been professionally recovered. All gauges work. Has 3 gas tanks, but only the main tank is used right now. Bed is solid! No rust through spots, only surface rust. 2 Shades of Green. Also Has Green Steps to get into the bed. Very nice truck with awesome potential.The truck has had the engine rebuilt in 2004 to 390 specs (had a 390 crank installed, heads were rebuilt to use unleaded gas, and the cam was beefed up for more power.
