Up for bids is this very solid and complete 1966 mustang convertible. This is a true C code V8 car with the 5 lug suspension. It is a factory 3 speed manual car. The car has a 1982 inspection sticker on it and has sat in a barn for years out of the weather. It is overall pretty solid. The frame rails, floor pans, trunk floor, and torque boxes are good. The floor pans, front passenger fender apron and battery box, and drivers quarter panel have been replaced. The inner rockers are good. The doors open and close good. It has all the glass and convertible trim. It has the back seat frame in it with the inner rear quarter panel trim in place. It has all the hard to find convertible hardware in place. Overall this would make a real nice project for someone looking to rebuild a convertible mustang. It is a project and will need restoring but overall a real nice candidate. It has a clear title. It still has the original door tag and matching stamp on the inner fender apron. It does have a later model 302 engine in it with a 3 speed transmission. The motor turns by hand so it is a rebuildable motor for someone. This is a original springtime yellow with black interior car. The car rolls and steers good for loading purposes.
