I bought this roadster in 2013 from the personal collection of Monte Shelto, northwest racing legend and owner of Monte Shelton Jaguar dealerships .This roadster sits on a custom 1932 ford chassis with a chrome 4 bar drop axle suspensio, Mustang rear end with triangulated 4 bar and Heidts adjustable coil over shocks, Chevrolet 350 ci. small block V8 that according to stamped suffix code originallycame in a 1973 Corvett, and turbo 400 transmission. Rolls on steel wheels with BF Goodrich Silvertown wide white wall radials ( less than 2000 miles since new , it drives great and is comfortableand I'm 6'5" and 260 lbs.I've enjoyed having this car for sevenyears but it's time to retire and have to sell a couple of hotrods to help pay for a retirement home at the coas, whenI bought this car the odometer read 20,800 mile, I was told this was correct for the car and the engin, before sellingI wanted to be sure of condition so I took the top end off of the engin, it spotlessly clean inside and there was no ridge at the top of the cylindersand a nice crosshatch patternfrom honing on the wall, I took the heads to Central Cylinder Head Inc. in Portlandand had the heads rebuiltwith all new valve, valve guide, hardened valve seats, and spring, paint is British racing gree, it has some signs of wear asany hotrod with over 22,000 miles on it would . this isnot a show car but is a very nice driver, at runs and events it gets lots of lookers and compliments . before anyone hits buy it now please come see the car or have your agent or someone you trust look at it for you. the car will not leave my property until my bank can assureme that wire transferfunds are good and not some sca, I'm not sure how long that takes but that's the deal . if you have any questions call me at 503-890-1523 joh, I work from 6:00 am till2:30 pm . pacific coast tim, I can't talk during those hours but can receive text . or leave a message and number and I will call you after wor, thanks I willsell to buyers in U.S, Canad, Mexic, Japan, also custom made California car coverinclude, not interested in trades. car is titled and registered in Oregon as a 1930 ford in my name .
