YOU CAN SEE CLOSE UP PICTURES AND VIDEO OF ANY IMPERFECTIONS, THE MOST NOTICEABLEOF WHICH ARE THE DENT IN THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR, A SOFT DENT IN THE FRONT FASCIA OF THE HOOD THAT HAS NO PAINT DAMAGE AND COULD BE SMOOTHED OUT BY A PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR SPECIALIST, A SMALL DENT IN THE REAR BUMPER, AND THE PAINT WEAR BELOW THE GAS CAP ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. THE ORIGINAL MIRRORS, BUMPERS, CHROME GRILLE, AND TRIM PIECES ARE ALL THERE AND IN GREAT 43-YEAR-OLD CONDITION. THE DOOR RUBBERS ARE IN NICE ORIGINALSHAPE THAT DO NOT LEAK WATER AND WE HAVE REPLACED THE INNER AND OUTER DOOR FELTS WITH NEW PIECES. THIS IS A ORIGINAL TRUCK, SO IT WILL HAVE SOME SURFACE RUST IN AREAS, BUT THERE IS ZERO CANCER AND ALL THE METAL IS VERY DRY AND SOLID. INTERIOR-THE INSIDE OF THIS TRUCK IS MOSTLY ALL ORIGINAL AND IN GREAT SHAPE! THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN A NONSMOKER ALL ITS LIFE AND IS FREE FROM ANY SMELLS OR ODORS. THE DASH IS IN AMAZING SHAPE WITH NICE GLOSSY RED PAINT ON THE METAL AREAS, A PERFECT DASH PAD WITH NO CRACKS, ALL PLASTIC TRIM HAVE NO CHIPS OR CRACKS AND THE CARDBOARD INNER GLOVE BOXIS INTACT AND IN NICE SHAPE SHOWING THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN A DRY TRUCK WITH NO WATER LEAKS. ALL INTERIOR LIGHTS WORK ALONG WITH THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER FOR YOU ELECTRONIC CHARGE UP NEEDS. THE FRONT WING WINDOWS OPEN AND LOCK PROPERLY ALONG WITH THE DOOR WINDOWS THAT ROLL UP AND DOWN SMOOTHLY. THE ORIGINAL RED VINYL SEAT IS IN REALLY GOOD CONDITION, WITH THE ONLY IMPERFECTIONS BEING A SLIT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT AREA, AND SOME WEAR AND BREAKDOWN ON THE DRIVER SIDE BACKREST AREA. THE CARPETS HAVE BEEN REMOVED TO PRESERVE THE TRUCK BECAUSE THE CARPETS CAN TRAP WATER THAT CAUSE DAMAGE AND FLOOR PAN CANCER. THE FLOORBOARDS HAVE JUST SLIGHT SURFACE RUST BUT ARE MOSTLY IN GREAT SHAPE WITH SHINY, GLOSSY RED PAINT AND STILL HAVE THE RUBBER DRAIN PLUG BROMMETS STILL INTACT . BOTH DOOR PANELS ARE ORIGINAL AND IN VERY NICE SHAPE, ALTHOUGH THE OWNER DID DRIVE TWO SCREWS THROUGH EACH TO HOLD THE PANELS TIGHT TO THE DOOR, WHICH IS A VERY COMMON FIX FOR THESE DOOR PANELS THAT TEND TO POP AWAY FROM THE DOOR AFTER A COUPLE OF YEARS. BOTH OF THE VISORS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE AND STAY PUT WHEN YOU ADJUST THEM, AND THE HEADLINER IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. ALL THE GAUGES WORK CORRECTLY AND THERE IS NO CRACKING OR DAMAGEIN THE DASH, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SOME SMALL TYPICAL CRACKS IN THE STEERING WHEEL AND FOGGING TO THE GAUGE CLUSTER LENSE. THE DOOR HINGES ON THE DRIVERS SIDE HAVE BEEN SWAPPED OUT IN THE PAST FOR SOME GOOD USED ONES, AND BOTH THE DOORS POP RIGHT OPEN WITH EASEAND SHUT LIKE NEW WITH ONE SOLID SOUND AND NOSAGGING. THE HEATER BLOWS STRONG AND THE INSIDE OF THIS TRUCK STAYS DRY WITH NO LEAKS. THIS TRUCK HAS THE FACTORY HOOD LOCK, AND A COOL FEATURE IS THIS TRUCK STILL OPERATES ON THE ORIGINAL ONE KEY SYSTEM FOR THE DOORS, IGNITION, AND UNLOCKS THE HOOD, SHOWING THAT THIS TRUCK NEVER HAD THE TUMBLER REPLACED AND HAS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL LOCKING PARTS. TRULY A TIME CAPSULE INTERIOR THAT IS IN GREAT CONDITION FOR A 43-YEAR-OLD TRUCK AND IS VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND SOLID RIDE.
MECHANICAL-THISOLD HIGHBOYIS VERY SOLID MECHANICALLY ANDIS A STRONG AND SMOOTH RUNNER WITH NO HESITATION, TICKING, SMOKING, MAJOR LEAKS OR ISSUES. IT DRIVES AND STOPS NICE STRAIGHT AND TIGHT JUST AS IT SHOULD. THE OWNER SAID THE FACTORY 360 WAS REBUILT IN EARLY 2006 AND HAS LITTLE MILES ON IT. IT HAS NO PAPERWORK TO ACCOMPANY IT, BUT IT IS FAR CLEANER THEN A 43 YEAR OLD MOTOR AND THERE IS PRETTY FRESH 360 WRITING ON THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE BLOCK.THE 4SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION HAS A NICE PROPER FEELING CLUTCH, TIGHT H PATTERN SYNCHROS WITH SMOOTH UP AND DOWN SHIFTS. THE POWER STEERING MAKES THIS TRUCK A EASE TO DRIVE THAT TRACKS STRAIGHT, SMOOTH AND IS AMAZINGLYTIGHT AND STRAIGHT EVEN ON THE HIGHWAY. POWER BRAKES UP FRONT THAT STOP SMOOTHLY AND STRAIGHT WITH NO PULLING OR ISSUES. ALWAYS FIRES RIGHT UP WITH A WITH A PULL TO THE CHOKE AND TWO PUMPS TO THE PEDAL THAT IS NO LONGER NEEDED ONCE IT COMES UP IN TEMP. THIS TRUCK RUNS SMOOTH AND COOL WITH NO STRESSFUL CARB ISSUES AND HAS A SMOOT, CRISP THROTTLE AND IT’S A ORIGINAL TRUCK SO HAS SOME DIRT AND GREASE HERE AND THERE, BUT IS NOT A LEAKER. The older the car, the harder it is to define the condition of the vehicle.Most of our vehicles are specialty vehicles or are 15+ years old, and usually trucks. Because of this, it is very difficult to describe each vehicle to everyone’s satisfaction.
