This beautiful 1955 Ford F-100 was restored by the legendary SoCal Speed Shop a few years ago and remains one of the nicest and most reliable trucks we've had the pleasure of driving. We acquired this baby a couple of years ago and when our manager couldn't stand it anymore, he bought it! She boasts a very straight all-steel body with good paint, glass,... and chrome. Under the hood sits a Thunderbird 312 V8 with a factory 4-barrel intake, Edelbrock carburetor, and the desirable ram's horn exhaust manifolds. Power is delivered to the stock rear end through a smooth-shifting 3-speed manual transmission. The bed is solid with refinished wood and hardware and retains a fully functional tailgate that works as it should. The clean interior compliments the exterior perfectly and features a matching vinyl bench seat, lap belts, full headliner, stock dash, Vintage Air air conditioning, and the factory steering wheel. The factory rubber mat has been replaced with matching carpet and additional insulation. The clean and stock chassis rides on B.F. Goodrich 255/70R15 radial tires with wide white walls wrapped around painted steel wheels with chrome trim rings and hubcaps for a classic, yet slightly aggressive, stance.
