Up for auction is my 1929 Ford Model A Tu, car started life as a 2 door sedan and was cut when I got it . wanted to build something reminiscent of the 1960's show car day, but with modern stuff like disc brakes and suc, great drive, hop in it and go all the best parts used , car will fit a tall gu, I am 6'1 and have a ton of leg room and seat will go back further built to driv, have run out of room and have to sell a car or two for space .
Engine /Transmission 350 small block boiled and align honed, pressure checke, decked square bored and honed 30 over . new cam bearings and freeze plug, 2 pc. rear main seal casting # is 3970010, resized crank and micropolished 20/ main, 20 on the rod, cast flattop pistons with moly ring, cast #3973487 heads full valve job, milled .010 hard exhaust seat, HP valve spring, 194 intake valv, 1.5 exhaust 76cc chambers, HP1991 hyd ca, choppy idl, double roller chai, high volume oil pump, 9.01-1 compression runs on pump gas . Rebuilt Turbo 350 short tailshaft transmission with mild converter and shift kit . Complete Edelbrock 3x2 setup with progressive linkage and new carb, small cap HEI distributor and HP coi, chrome high flow water pum, aluminum radiator painted black car runs 180 degrees all day lon, aluminum finned valve cover, oil pan and air cleaners chrome breather tube and billet overflow tan, Billet Specialties pulley, ceramic coated block hugger headers . Car runs great and shifts fir, car pulls good but is nice enough to just cruise with no worries or go on a road trip
Frame /suspension
Boxed model a fram, 8 inch ford rear with coilover, dropped super bell front axle and spring with disc brakes, ford dual reservoir master cylinder with wildwood proportioning valve and residual valves . Has US wheels chrome OE style with Brand BFG Silvertown Radials all around and spider cap, has straight pipe dumping by rear axle and no mufflers car sounds awesome. 15 gallon RCI fuel cell mounted in rea, lift up the rear interior cover and its there with a Lokar Prop Rod to hold the cover up
Body
All steel 1929 Model , wider 30-31 cowl with a stock firewall not recessed for leg roo, guys as tall as 7 feet 350 pounds fits in i, doors have been trimmed for flush fit and open suicide with bear claw latches and floor board and trans tunnel are flat also for leg roo, no wood all steel tubing in car for reinforcemen, body is straigh, filled and smoothed and looks amazing and paint is GM Brahma Jewel Pearl and looks amazing in the sun with all its pearls , grille shell is steel and cut down to fit with stainless supports and a stainless custom grille insert. has a few rock chips here and ther, it is a driver but holds it own at a sho, firewall and dash is Gm silver. Stock windshield still folds out and has new chrome support, led 1939 Chevy tail lights to fit body and Dietz headlamps with halogen bulbs and led turn signals in the front
Interior
Hardboard panels covered in weather proof canvas in case it gets we, Bomber seats on adjustable seat track, moon oil pressure and water temp gauge, Ididit Tilt steering colum, custom aluminum steering wheel with moon bullet ca, black carpet keeps it simple
