1964 Dodge Polara Additional Info:
All original 1964 Dodge Polara 500 Sport Coupe (Dodge's golden anniversary), off white with aqua interior. (some people claim this to be light blue) I had this car shipped out to Iowa a couple of years ago straight from Northern California. Original rust free California black plate car. Has the original California license plates from new. I also have the original window sticker. I have probably driven the car less than 500 miles since then. Odometer shows 14,829- but has likely rolled over, and is exempt. Car is equipped with the 383 cubic inch 4 barrel engine and console shift automatic transmission. Has bucket seats, power steering, power brakes, optional AM radio, factory window tint, and A/C. The A/C was repaired by the previous owner but was never used. I used it last summer and it seemed to work fine. I installed a new battery and hold down bracket. I also replaced the back bumper with a replated one, but I have the original. The car has 60s vintage 14X7 inch Magnum 500 wheels with newer radial tires, but the original spinner hubcaps are in the trunk. It has a brand new radial WW spare tire in the trunk. It also comes with miscellaneous spare parts and a custom fit California car cover. As near as I can determine, the car retains all of it's factory original sheet metal and paint. It does have some small dents in the body that the previous owners did not repair, for the sake of originality. There is also a lot of touch ups to rock chips that have occurred over the years. The steering wheel does have some cracks in it from the California sun. Interior is original as well, with the exception of the driver's seat which has been recovered. The previous owner removed the cylinder heads to have hardened valve seats installed. It also has electronic ignition, although I have the original distributor. I also believe a shift kit has been installed in the transmission, and performance mufflers are on the car for a low rumble. Other than those minor repairs, the car is virtually untouched. I have a clean title in hand. I simply have too many cars, and would like a little extra room. Please CALL me with any questions, I do not respond to text messages. I have had my fill of dealing with scammers and time wasters. Car is stored in Northeastern Iowa. Price is FIRM. $500.00 deposit with PayPal required within 24 hours. Balance due within 3 days.
