Being presented for sale is this early production Datsun 240z. Produced in January of 1970 and having vehicle ID # HLS30-00738. This vehicle is said to have been on the very first shipments of Datsun 240z cars to North America. Vehicle was originallypurchased in southern California and has remains in the care of the same family for the past 54 years. Vehicle will be offered with the original "Pink slip" title. Finished in original Datsun Universal blue color with black interior.
Being very early production 240z, it has 1969 year stamped seat belts, all metal emblems, vented front disk brakes, rare "Nissan 2400" stamped valve cover. Vehicle has all of the original glass with Nissan stampings. Vehicle has an upgrade 2.8L L28 engine with 6 to 1 upgraded headers matted to an upgraded 5 speed close ration Datsun transmission. Upgraded aluminum radiator with electric cooling fan. Upgraded multi-piece Panasport wheels.Vehicle runs and drives.
