Copy and paste for many more photos:https://www.ivyhillhomes.com/61_Imperial.html1961 Imperial Crown 4 door hardtop 1 of 4769 built, this is an early production car #671. White with two tone pink interior (#928, Imperial called this "Russet") Highly optioned car, power windows, power seat, power locks, radio, air conditioning & the rarely seen rear air conditioning (separate AC system for rear seat passengers) Also equipped with the Flyte Sweep trunk and optional rocker & wheel opening moldings. 413 cu. in.V8Needs complete restoration and does not run. Southern California car sat in desert for many years. About as solid as you will ever find any car this old. The passenger rear quarter bottom needs to fixed (due to dirt getting trapped in between), that's the worst spot. Floors are very clean just a few pin holes in driver rear. Couple small holes in outer dog legs. Included lots of pics, undercarriage quite clean as well.Interior sunbaked and needs to be redone. Everything is there. Seat frames are good no rot. Nothing electrical has been tested. Has 3 of the 4 rare interior door handles in good shape. Rear door panels are good (they are usually destroyed from water leakage), I replaced them with nice ones from a '62. Will include the correct '61 Crown door panel inserts. Pass front has nice cardboard but needs recovering of course. All glass is good no cracksEngine turns but only turns 1/2 way and stops. To me that indicates a dropped valve so heads need to be redone. Motor is not seized though. Hasn't run in many years. Mileage shows 64,966 I have no idea if that's original or not. Most chrome and stainless pretty good for it's age. Typical pitting on Flyte Sweep trunk center. I replaced the grille with a good one, there is a dent in the body in that area as you can see. The rear bumper has a dent and the tail panel is dented (but not rusty at all).Am including the following with the car: another tail panel (in case needed to use for repair), a second "plain" (not Flyte sweep) trunk lid to use to fix lip of Flyte Sweep trunk lid, trim for tail panel, rear bumper center. Have various other parts and an extra passenger lower quarter if wanted.Has keys and title, rolls and steers, tires hold air fine.Low production, unique car, tied with the '59 Cadillac as the highest fins ever.Terms: $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours Balance within 7 days by bank wire, check (once cleared will release car), cash.
