1965 Chevrolet Corvair convertible Additional Info:
Listed on eBay only! I cross listed. Got money down. Stopped the listing. He never showed. I need to move on... listed on eBay only!
Chevrolet Corvair . Condition is like New condition. This is a near perfect show car. I bought it 2years ago. Completely restored the exterior. Paint is less than a year old and done professionally. Chrome is NOS or near perfect. This is a 38,000 original mile car. There are no leaks. Hard to believe, I know, But I bought it knowing the Engine and Trans were recently gone through. Tires are new. shocks are new. Ball joints are new. Wheel seals are new. There is a lazy lifter on the right side that quiets down after a few miles driving. Have new lifters that go with the car too. Interior needs some fine tuning only. Steering wheel is cocked a bit but suspension roles straight and is aligned. Radio is inop. I never tried it. Previous owner had one installed in the clove box. I have the new glove box included too. Comes with tons of parts. New dual master conversion kit never installed. Gaskets. New alternator. Both sets of wheel caps shown. I even have another 1965 complete engine trans and diff that is included. Carbs and brackets are still on it... Those have 53k on them. Bought those from a guy who is doing a v8 conversion. He sent me videos of it running and driving in his car before I bought them.
My life changed. I easily have $12000 into this car already. I know its worth around that. So does anyone looking at this. This is one of those cases where I just don't want to sit on it waiting for a sale. I want to move on with my life as soon as possible. No matter how low this one goes the buyer cant possible be unhappy with it or me. Yes you will want your own finishing touches on it. Yes it is 60 years old and will need repairs from time to time. Yes it really is a show quality car.
Formalities... I wont ship but will aid your shipper. I want 500 PayPal deposit within 24 hours of winning the car. Rest is due upon pick up in cash or bank cashiers check within 7 to 10 days. I will not sell outside of the continental US or Canada. There is NO warranty expressed or implied.
God Bless everyone out there. Send the questions and I will respond within 24 hours...
