1955 Chevrolet 210/Bel Air Wagon - Nebraska Car - 383ci V8 Crate Engine w/4-Speed Manual - Air Conditioning - (Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, it's possible that only some of our many photographs of this car are not presented due to website limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.) Owned for 5 years by our client,... this 210 Wagon is a classic built to enjoy! A crate engine, custom wheels, bright paint, refinished interior that includes working A/C, sounds like a great package to us. This is a lot of car for the money! The exterior is painted a nice color that is termed red, but to us almost looks like it belongs in the orange color family. Whatever you call it, the color is awesome on this car! The condition of the paint and body on this wagon are great. All trim is in very good condition, giving the exterior a simple, clean look. Fit and finish inside the car is spot on and tidy. The interior has been retrimmed including seats, carpeting, door panels, and headliner. Auxiliary gauges have been added and neatly installed on the lower dashboard to help monitor the engine's vitals, and a Moon tachometer sits atop the steering column. The air conditioning blows cold, which is perfect for cruising comfortably in this classic wagon. Â Under the hood, in the tidy engine bay is a Chevrolet Performance SP383 crate engine that produces 435 horsepower. A Hurst equipped 4-speed manual transmission handles gear selection, and a new GM 3.08 rear end with posi-traction completes the basic drivetrain components. Now that the basics are out of the way, we can give you a list of the other performance parts that have been installed on the engine, and the suspension. GM Accessory drive pulley kit, GM plug wires, new fan clutch, battery relocated to the trunk, digital ignition box, billet distributor, GM clutch set, and Borla exhaust. 15" Cragar alloy wheels have been added, while CPP upper and lower control arms were installed to allow more flexibility in adjusting the suspension. This classic has power steering and power brakes, which consists of disc brakes in front. Since this awesome classic is a 210, you get BelAir Nomad looks without paying BelAir money. This car is built and set up to enjoy, it's not all original, but is finished to a high quality that an enthusiast can enjoy for years to come. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors.
