1962 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

This is Not a Numbers Matching, trailer queen type of car. This is a car that you can affordably own, and thoroughly enjoy, without feeling guilty that you're "losing points" each time you sit in it. More so, it is a car that you will be proud to drive around town.

Beautiful Honduras Maroon paint, with Black Vinyl Interior, and (Olive/Salt/Pepper Carpet).
White Convertible top. (No Hard Top).

Interior has been refreshed with new carpets, dash pad, and seat covers.

I've also purchased a 15" C1 Corvette Steering Wheel, wrapped in Black Leather, New Adapter Hub, and Horn button. (These have not been installed, but will be included.)

The Odometer shows 31444 Miles.

The original owner owned this car for 53 years. During that time, the original 327/300 hp had to be replaced. The car was then re-fitted with a 350/300 hp engine, and maintains its original 4 spd transmission and rear-end.

3970010Block Casting Number (350 Engine)

V0122CNR(Stamped):1970, 350 cid, turbo/hydro trans, 300 hp, 4 bbl

New Right and Left side Exhaust Manifolds, and New Mufflers (Oval).

NewCarter AFB (3721-SB) Carburetor.

New Tires: (Coker American Classic Radials / 1" White Walls) with less than 1000 miles.

New Rear Shocks.

The Chassis is free of any rust issues.

Steering is tight, with literally no slop from side to side.

This car drives out very strong. It feels very stable and comfortable at highway speeds. It truly is a blast to drive.

It has been very rare to drive it anyplace without people going out of their way to tell me how much they like it.

Buying gas usually turns into a conversation with people who want to see it and talk about it.

Also, I recently had a guy follow me into the post office to talk about this Corvette.

Picture Takers seem to love this car as well...

Thank you for your interest in my car.
