14,531 Corvettes were built in 62. Only 1,532 had an Aluminum Powerglide automatic trans. Of those 1,532 all except 465 were 250hp cars.This is 1 of only 465 Powerglides with 300hp.
Cars appx build date is December 20, 1961. Texas car from 1962-2011. Frame excellent- no rust ever.
Mechanically; runs & drives excellent- needs nothing. Numbers matching drivetrain. Engine original from carb to oil pan. New tires in Sept 2016.
No hit body with excellent paint. Chrome/stainless very nice. Has Wonderbar radio.
Black soft top only.Converted to disc brakes in front, original drum setup included.
