1980 CHEVY CAMARO Z28,FRESH FRAME OFF RESTORATION,ONLY HAS 150 MILES ON IT.18x9.5, 18x11 wheels 245/40/18, 275/35/18, It has SBC350 motor with TH350 automatic transmission.Engine block number 3970010.. A LOT OF DETAIL WORKS HAVE BEEN DONE TO THIS CAR.
BODY:Everything removed.The body was sand blasted andpowder coated inside and out including doors, fenders, hood, subframe, suspension parts, dashframe, seat frames, brackets, window parts, etc. ZERO RUST, ZERO BONDO. WHATYOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.All new nuts and bolts. New head lights,tail light lens, gaskets, side markers, side viewmirrors, inner and outer door glass seals, roof rail seals. Original door glass andrear glass.Polished original front and back window trims. Door have some dings and dents nothing major, see pictures. This car only needs exterior paint to be completed. All other major works have been done.
ENGINE: Rebuilt and balanced SBC 350, engine block Magnaflux, .060 bored & honed,polished crankshaft, piston rods resized for new bearings. New KBpistons, Mahle rings,Comp Cam Extreme Energy 218/224 camshaft,Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, Holley StreetAvenger Carburetor 770 CFM, Fel Pro gaskets, Melling high volume oil pump,MSD Street Fire HEI distributor, Taylor Cable 8.2 mm bluespark plug wires,Power Master 1 wirechrome alternator, Power Master mini starter.
COOLING: New CHAMPION 3 row aluminum radiator, electric fan and relay kit, Stant 180degree thermostat, aluminum fan shroud, Gates radiatorhoses.
TRANSMISSION: Rebuilt 350 transmission with new Hughes Performance 2500 stall torque converter.
DIFFERENTIAL: Rebuilt 10 bolt rear end with new Auburn Gear limited slip (posi) differential, 3.23 gear ratio.
DRIVESHAFT:All new U-joints.Balanced.
EXHAUST: 1 5/8" header, 2.5” Flowmaster 40 Series dual Exhaust.
FUEL:All new fuel system including stainless steel fuel line from front to rear, fueltank, fuel sending and fuel filter.
WIRING: New American Auto Wire complete wiring system and switches. ALL WIRES ARENICELY TUCKED INSIDE THE ENGINE BAY. NewDakota Digital VHX single wire gauges.
BRAKE: All new brake system includingstainlesssteel hard lines from master cylinder to front and rear and all four corners,brake booster, master cylinder, brake calipers, cross-drilled/slotted zinc plated brake rotors,brake pads, andbrake wheel cylinders.
SUSPENSION: All suspension parts were sand blasted and powder coated. New Moog upper and lower ball joints, Energy Suspension complete bushing kit includingupper and lower control arms, front sway bar, body mounts and leafsprings.Hotchkis springs 2” drop, KYB Gas-A-Just shocks. New wheel bearings and seals.
STEERING: Rebuilt tilt steering column with new switches, tilt lever, turn signal lever. Allnew steering system including close ratio power steering gear box 2.5 turn lock to lock, power steering pump, steering hoses, intermediate steeringshaft, inner & out tie rods, tie rod adjusters, center link, and pitman arm.
INTERIOR:Front and back seat frames were sand blasted and powder coated. New customleather seats front and back (REAL LEATHER NOT VINYL, NEW CAR SMELL).Newdash, glove box, center console, door panels, trims,doorhandles,rearseat shelf,keys set (ignition, glove box, doors, trunk). New OER molded black carpet not install, still in box. Need Headliner. This should be done after paint job.
