1980 CHEVY CAMARO Z28, FRAME OFF RESTORATION, WITH$30,000+ IN NEW PARTS. It has a SBC350 motor with 4 speed Muncie M21 transmission.Engine block number 3970010, not matching. New70-73 RS FRONT END (less weight).I have receipts for every parts and hundreds of photos. All new nuts and bolts. Nocarpet, no headliner.
BODY:Everything removed including all nuts and bolts. The body was sand blasted and powder coated inside and out including doors, hood, subframe, suspension parts, dashframe, seat frames, brackets, window parts, etc. ZERO RUST, ZERO BONDO. WHATYOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.Everything new from the windshield to the front bumpers except hood.All newwindshield, fenders,upper and lower valances,nose panel,front grills,Hella Euro spec headlights,trunk lid,tail light lens, gaskets, side markers, side viewmirrors’ glass, inner and outer door glass seals, roof rail seals. Original door glass andrear glass.Polished original front and back window trims. Body has some dings and dents nothing major. see pictures. It needs paint to complete.
ENGINE: Rebuilt and balanced SBC 350, engine block Magnaflux, .030 bored & honed,polished crankshaft, piston rods resized for new bearings. All new KB hypereutecticpistons, Hasting moly rings, Blue Print H8002K high performance aluminum cylinderheads, ARP head bolts, Comp Cam Extreme Energy 218/224 camshaft, Comp Camrocker arms and push rods, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, Holley StreetAvenger Carburetor 770 CFM, Fel Pro gaskets, Melling high volume oil pump,Edelbrock fuel pump, MSD Street Fire HEI distributor, Taylor Cable 8.2 mm bluespark plug wires, Tuff Stuff Performance chrome water pump, Power Master 1 wirechrome alternator, Power Master mini starter.
COOLING: All new CHAMPION 3 row aluminum radiator, electric fan and relay kit, Stant 180degree thermostat, aluminum fan shroud, aluminum overflow tank, Gates radiatorhoses.
TRANSMISSION: Muncie M21 4 speed transmission. All new bearings and seal, Mcleod 24 poundsflywheel, Centerforce clutch and pressure plate. ARP flywheel bolts, ARPpressure plate bolts. National pilot bearing and clutch release bearing.
DIFFERENTIAL: Rebuilt 10 bolt rear end 3.23 gear ratio with new Auburn Gear limited slip(posi).
DRIVESHAFT: All new U-joints. Rebuilt and balanced.
EXHAUST: All new Doug’s header 1.75”, Pypes stainless steel 2.5” dual Exhaust kit.
FUEL: All new fuel system including stainless steel fuel line from front to rear, fuel tank, fuel sending unit. Russell Performance fuel filter,Aeromotive fuelpressure regulator. Dual braided fuel lines to carburetor.
WIRING: All new complete wiring system, American Auto Wire Classic Update forCamaros. All wires are labeled and have exact color as the original. ALL WIRES ARENICELY TUCKED INSIDE THE ENGINE BAY.
BRAKE: All completely new brake system including brake booster, master cylinder, stainlesssteel hard lines from master cylinder to front and rear brake calipers, stainless steelbraided soft lines on all four corners, Wilwood D52 dual pistons front brake calipers, rear disc brake conversion, cross-drilled/slotted zinc plated brake rotors.
SUSPENSION: All suspension parts were sand blasted and powder coated. All new Moogupper and lower ball joints. Energy Suspension complete bushing kit includingupper and lower control arms, front and rear sway bars, body mounts and leafsprings.Hotchkis springs 2” drop, KYB Gas-A-Just shocks.
STEERING: Rebuilt tilt steering column with all new switches, tilt lever, turn signal lever. Allnew steering system including close ratio power steering gear box 2.5 turn lock to lock, Tuff Stuff Performance chrome power steering pump, steering hoses, steeringshaft, inner & out tie rods, tie rod adjusters, center link, and pitman arm.
INTERIOR: Front and back seat frames were sand blasted and powder coated. Customleather seats front and back (REAL LEATHER NOT VINYL), All new 70-77dash, dash vents, glove box, 70-73 door panels (upper, lower, arm rest), rearseat shelf, real leather seats front and back (not vinyl), Momo Tuner 350mmleather steering wheel, Piaa Horn, Dakota Digital VHX single wire gauges, headlight switch, wiper switch, keys set (ignition, glove box, doors, trunk), inner doorhandles and trims. Need carpet and Headliner.
WHEELS: All new American Racing Torque Thrust II 17x9.5, 17x11, Nitto NT555 G2245/45/17, 275/40/17. All new wheel bearings and seals, ARP extended wheel studs.
