1962 Chevy Apache C 30. Rare One Ton Long Bed Step Side. Straight 235 CID six cylinder, 4 spd standard transmission - floor shift. Engine burns a little oil but starts and runs well. The Speedometer/Odometer does not work, it reads just under 78,000. miles.Bought it as a restore project but now don't have the time. New brakes all around. New alternator. Aftermarket aluminum wheels with four good tires and spare tire + two unmounted spare tires. Starts, runs and drives without trouble, it could be used as a daily driver. Transmission is 4 spd with granny gear - HD transmission that shifts well and feels and sounds solid.The body has rust on both rocker panels, floor pans, hood and front fenders. There may be other rust I have not found because I have not taken anything apart yet. Both rear fenders have been flared out by someone so the large tires don't rub so you may want to replace them also. I have located and can get and supply the replacement body parts if we can work out a deal. It is otherwise a solid old truck that drives well and would make a great restoration project. I have some parts like a new wiring harness, windshield wiper motor, the original oil bath air breather, the original owners manual and a few other small items.The truck is in Arlington Texas, zip 76016
