Additional Info:

A real Barn Find! One family owned since late 1990's. My father found it in eastern Washington state behind a barn (dry high desert area) so it is very minimal rust and has original floors. He had frame on restoration body and paint done as well as engine rebuild, brakes, chrome work, etc around 2000. The interior was started but the person doing it had arthritis so bad that he had to stop. Included is correct custom red dyed leather skin as well as correct red vinyl for interior. Correct white dyed leather skin is also included for the seat and door panel inserts. This car has the very rare bucket seats as well as the even rarer factory console actually made of plywood inside and then upholstered. The bucket seats can sell for as high as $5k to replace if they are missing as they were unique for 1960. This car sat in my Dads garage for 5 years and in my garage for another 20 years. I am sure brake cylinders are dried out and tires are at least 25 years old. Exhaust system needs replacing as it has leaks. It last was started in 2006 when I drove it half a mile from one garage to another and it ran fine. Always undercover in our ownership. All of the convertible top bows are intact but old top vinyl has been removed. These are gorgeous cars and not many do you see at car shows. As far as I remember, most all parts needed to reassemble are with car. The windshield has a new gasket installed as old one had age splits in rubber. The car will also need new rubber weather stripping. I didn't wash it when I pulled it out with trusty old tractor since the "Barn Find as-is dirt" seems to be desirable these days....lol
UPDATE...
I added 3 pictures . that has a finished interior to show what a finished identical car will look like. Sometimes it is hard to visualize so thought it would help. I also lowered asking price as comments on "Barn Finds" listing seem to think it was a little high. This factory paint color tampico red code VV and factory interior with red and white leather has to be one of the most attractive combinations! They don't make cars like this any more. Today they all look alike.
