1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Additional Info:
1981 VW Rabbit Diesel with 4-speed transmission. Motor runs fantastic. Transmission is quiet, with a nice clutch. It has aftermarket glow plugs which allow this to start in almost any temperature. Enitire motor was rebuilt 28,000 miles ago with bearings and rings by a professional diesel mechanic, and odometer was reset then. Motor and trans are in great shape. It has got up to 51mpg cruising at 55mph. It has good tires and brakes. It is missing the back seat. Blows nice hot air. Drives straight and smooth with no vibrations. Very reliable.
