We are offering for sale our pristine 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster Replica with Only 2350 Miles! This car wasbuilt by Vintage Speedsters out of California, the most reputable builder of Porsche Speedster Replicas. They usea jig welded 2×4″ 11 gauge steel frame and retains the original VW pan, creating a very ridged structure. Thisparticular car was built in 2011, and sold to a collector in Oklahoma. After 3 years, he sold it to another collector in Minnesota who stored the car in a climate controlled garage. These cars are so close to the original, and deliver the same driving exhilaration at a fraction of the cost. This car is nearly flawless, and has been pampered and well maintained. Body fit and finish is fantastic, and the panels shut with the solid slam you would find in an original.
The burgandy interior perfectly compliments the gloss black exterior, and is picked up in the wheels which are painted to match.
The car has a 1600cc dual carb air-cooled engine performs as the original, and the car shifts smoothly through all four gears. Brakes have been upgraded to disks upfront.
Gauges, lights and turn signals are working correctly, however the tach goes out intermittently. The car has heat for those cool mornings.
This Speedster has been fitted with a set of Pirelli P4 tires that are like new and provide great traction in all conditions. Oil was recently changed and this Speedster is ready to be enjoyed immediately.
