European Motor Studio is proud to offer this 1987 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Cabriolet finished in a very rare one year only color of Cassis Red over Burgundy leather. This 911 left the Stuttgart production line in February of 1987 and was invoiced to North America where it sold to its first owner in Hawaii. Having only traveled 40,275 miles from new, this 911 has had one repaint in its original Cassis Red Metallic and shows very nicely with a good luster and shine. The body is nice and straight and free from any damage, the gaps are good and there are no dents or dings aside from one in the front right quarter panel (small stone chips, one small scrape in the lower skirt, four small scrapes in the passenger side bumper under the turn signal and one small scrape in the back lower driver side skirt). The convertible top appears to be original and in very nice condition free from any tears or damage. The windshield seal does show some normal age with some dry areas. The car has brand new tires on all four corners. The interior is beautiful and all original. The factory sports seats are in excellent condition showing minimal wear with very light creasing to the driver bolster. The dash is all original and free from any damage or cracks, the center console and door panels are all very nice condition showing no signs of damage or wear, the rear driver back seat bolster does have some separation in the material (pictured). The back seats look excellent as do the original carpets which are free from any damage or major stains. The engine starts right up and idles smoothly and free from any smoke under start up or acceleration. The engine pulls strongly through all of the gears and through the RPM range. The gearbox is nice and smooth and free from any grinding and free from any slipping in the clutch. The steering is tight and responsive and free from any vibrations or issues and the brakes feel good and responsive free from any grinding or fade. All of the windows, locks, exterior lights, dash lights, turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights, taillight lights, side marker lights headlights, power mirrors (the convertible top will unlatch with the button but does not move back by itself, will need help manually moving up and down and the original Blaupunkt radio does not work). Absolutely no rust or repair work on the car or the undercarriage. This is a very nice driver quality 911 G50 Cabriolet that has a clean Carfax and is finished in a very rare color combination.
