1993 Volvo 240 Wagon.
This car has been gone over and refinished by me personally. I am a Volvo factory trained mechanic running my own shop. This was a customers extra car that I've been working on for years. purchased it recently as it was too perfect to pass up. These utilitarian beasts just go forever when properly maintained, and this is no exception. The engine purrs quietly, transmission shifts perfectly, and the suspension is tight. It has 4 new tires, a new timing belt/tensioner, new water pump, valve cover gasket, a fresh tune up, alignment, ball joint, rear heavy duty springs and shocks. I've gone over the interior with new seat vinyl, door pockets, and Volvo floor mats. The car has been fully detailed inside and out. It looks like it belongs on the showroom floor. It passed PA safety inspection and emissions testing with flying colors and expires 12/2018.
Some of the vinyl is peeling on the window trim, easy fix with a little black paint. I'm not a body guy, and didn't want to get into that. The recline knob has broken on the driver's seat. It adjusts with a little love. I will probably have this fixed before this auction ends. I'm going to order new rear seat headrests before the final sale as well.
