1974 Volkswagen Thing Additional Info:

1974 VW Thing runs and looks great. Body is in excellent condition with no rust. High end professional paint job inside and out. All panels were painted and finished including under front and rear hood and inside truck and engine bay . The paint is Porsche color. Stored with fitted car cover.Interior is very nice with new seat covers on low back front seats and new covers on stock rear seats. Wood slats on floor board were cleared and look great. High end steering wheel and will also include the stock wheel. Flat 4 shifter. Roller gas pedal. New top with new side windows.New wheels and tires Motor runs perfect and starts right up even after sitting. About 8000 miles on stock rebuild. Oil changed recently.Transmission shifts perfect and clutch feels good.Adjustable front beam. Car is low but still drives well and handles excellent. Brake shoes and cylinders were recently replaced and it brakes like it should. No pull.Euro tail lights. All lights and electrical work except for horn. I never looked into it to see why it doesn't work.I would not hesitate to drive the car anywhere. It drives very well and it is tight. Do not hesitate to ask any questions or set up a time to see it in person.I never planned to sell it but I am currently building an off-road expedition camper that is going way over anticipated budget.Gets tons of attention anywhere I take it.
