71 vw bug convertible, really nice looking bug that has a $2000 top (new) and a custom interior with comfortable reclining seats that make you want to drive and drive. Much more comfortable than the stock seats. The interior is nice and shows some wear. I bought this car in Long Beach from an enthousiast that got into a new project and took the engine out of this car. It has a salvage title, I have been over and under this car and can not find a place where it has been hit. Years ago when these cars were still cheap an insurance company decided to pay the owner rather than fixing it. The car is straight, not perfect, has a very strong 1835cc engine with new heads, a sport exhaust, extra large full flow oil filter and a larger remote cooler and an extra sump. This equipment gives an extra quart of oil capacity for excellent cooling and longevity of the engine. The car is really nice, runs strong and is good looking. Right now it does not have a radio installed. Good wheels and tires and brakes, car needs nothing to be enjoyed for a long time.
